TRADITIONS COTTAGE PROJECT – PART II
I’m back with a look at the design plans for the rest of the Traditions Cottage project. If you missed the introduction to this project and the design plans for the family, dining and master bedroom, you can read that over here.
The study is right at the entry of the home, tucked away from the main living area, making it great for hiding away to get some work done...or for watching terrible(wonderful) reality television. We wanted it to be a multi-functional space, so in addition to a desk, we included a sofa that pulls out into a bed. Now it is the perfect room for working, sleeping or lounging/binge-watching!
Next we head upstairs to the guest bedrooms. There are three total. One was designed specifically for Kyle and I, one for my sister in law and her husband and a third was designed to fit as many guests as comfortably possible! My favorite room to design was the one for my sister in law. She has the best taste and she was super involved in the design process! Kyle and I’s room was inspired by our love for California and Kyle’s love of surfing. The guest suite is a gigantic room. We were able to fit two queen beds and a daybed into the space, thus making the sleep count 5!

There you have it! This completes the design plans for the entire Traditions Cottage project. This was such a fun project to work on and I am so happy with the end result! I can’t wait to show you the finished house-I will be back very, very soon with the full reveal!
